EPIMOL FAMILY
Epimol is a range of skin care products formulated for different skin types/conditions that include normal skin, dry skin and delicate sensitive Skin. The range consists of a gentle Cleanser Bar & Bath Gel for both Adults and Children; Emollient Creams, Ointments and Lotions that target different severity of skin’s dryness.
Epimol-B Emollient Creams are formulated with modern skin care ingredients that include Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Cetomacrogol and Glycerin to offer long lasting moisturizing effect on both normal skin and dry skin conditions including Eczema and psoriasis.
Niacinamide is a water soluble form of Vitamin B3 that works with the skin’s natural substances to help repair and restore its barrier functions – Recent studies have suggested that low skin Ceramides levels is a major factor in various skin conditions like atopic dermatitis. Niacinamide has been found to increase epidermal production of skin barrier lipids especially Ceramides as well as barrier layer proteins, leading to enhanced skin barrier function and integrity.
Consistent use of Niacinamide has also been associated with decrease skin hyperpigmentation, promoting collagen production for youthful skin and improving skin hydration by preventing Trans-Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL). Vitamin B3 has also been shown to be a more effective moisturizer than white petrolatum on atopic dry skin
Cetomacrogol is a non-greasy modern moisturizing ingredient used in management of dry skin and related conditions. It works by providing a layer of oil on the skin surface which traps water beneath it preventing excessive evaporating and hence improving the moisture content of the skin, reducing dryness

EPIMOL-E CLEANSER BAR 
Is specifically formulated for Eczema and other related dry skin conditions. It’s a fragrance and soap FREE emollient cleanser made from carefully selected ingredients that include synthetic Oils, Glycerin and Vitamin E.
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that promotes fast skin healing, reduces scarring and helps maintain the natural glow of the skin while Glycerin on the other hand attracts and locks moisture on the skin making it smooth and supple to touch.
EPIMOL-E Emollient Cleanser Bar is a mild and gentle cleanser for daily use on Babies, Children and Adults with delicate and sensitive skin.
Epimol-B Baby & Junior Cream
Is formulated for baby’s sensitive & delicate skin, to help build and restore its protective barrier function while offering long lasting moisturizing and soothing effect on even irritated skin.
Epimol-B baby & Junior Cream can be used as a daily moisturizer on the baby’s face/body; as a soap substitute during eczema flare-ups and as a base for mixing corticosteroids/prescription medications.

Epimol-B All Purpose (AP) Cream 
Suitable for both adults and children with normal or dry skin. The innovative combination of Cetomacrogol, Niacinamide and Glycerine, gives Epimol-B AP cream excellent soothing and hydrating properties making it most suitable family emollient cream for daily use on all skin types including atopic dermatitis prone skin.
Epimol-B All Purpose cream is Paraben Free, Fragrance Free, SLS Free and can be used as a base to mix corticosteroids/topical prescription medications.
Epimol-B Plus Emollient Cream
Besides Cetomacrogol, Niacinamide and Glycerin, Epimol-B Plus has been added 10% Urea to target very dry skin conditions especially in the elderly population. Urea has the benefits of increasing skin hydration by drawing moisture from both the air and the inner deeper layers of the skin to the outermost layer improving its hydration. In addition, Urea has exfoliating properties that prevent the build-up of dead skin on the skin’s surface in conditions where the skin is flaking or scaling.
Niacinamide in Epimol-B Plus soothes irritated skin, has anti-inflammatory effects and prevents trans-epidermal water loss. The combination of Glycerin, Cetomacrogol, Niacinamide and Urea makes Epimol-B Plus a powerful moisturizer for managing all conditions associated with Very dry, rough or scaling Skin.
Under medical supervision, Epimol- B Plus can be combined with other prescription medications to treat conditions Ichthyosis, psoriasis, Atopic dermatitis and can also be used to soften the soles of the feet and moisturize dry elbows.

Epimol-B Emulsifying Ointment
Moisturizes and restores very dry cracked skin in eczema and other related conditions.
Apply frequently to moisturize and restore the skin’s smoothness, softness and flexibility in the affected areas.
Can be used as a base for topical medications or a soap substitute.
As a soap substitute:- Apply all over the body in a downward direction, applying more to the plaques of psoriasis, eczema or dry areas before stepping into the shower. Rinse off in the shower with lukewarm water using your hands or soft sponge.
As a bath additive:- Mix two table spoons of the ointment into a jug of almost boiling water and whisk to dissolve. Then add the mixture to a bath of lukewarm water. Soak in it for 5 to 10 minutes and pat dry with a clean towel.
