We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize office records and files
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Support HR and management with basic administrative duties
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage procurement when needed
- Coordinate communication between departments
🎓 Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an added advantage
